A good vacation rental is all about the details. Our family is rarely in our renal because we're out seeing the sights, but we like having a place to land and recover. And this place was perfect for our family. Great separation from the kids (the basement area is perfect for them with a full bath and two full bedrooms games), a master suite and bath that was perfect, and a well-stocked kitchen. The best part was the details. This might seem silly, but: 1. Tissue boxes in every bathroom2. Upgraded toilet paper (ever been to an rental with cheap TP!?)3. Pillow options (firm, medium, plush). We're getting older; that stuff matters! 4. Coffee-making optionsThe bonus was the pinball machine. My kids are too young to know pinball, so they spent hours on that thing. Much better than screen time! Appreciate the hospitality. Lovely spot for a family.

This VRBO home is a good value. The games in the basement were a wonderful addition for the kids and there were good toys and books also.The kitchen was great. Laundry was wonderful. Very easy check in and out process. The owner was sweet and everything you’d want.Negatives are the outdoor spaces, exterior of the house (esp the back), the neighborhood, and some bugs and spiders in the basement bathroom and bedrooms. I’d love to see more Colorado homes with central air-conditioning. With climate change, it’s pretty hot in the summer months in Colorado these days.

Everything was exactly as we expected. Clean, great spaces. My kids LOVED the arcade and pinball games!

The house was very nice. It was very comfortable. Plenty of room for my family. The hosts were super awesome. I would totally recommend this place. If you have a family with a lot of kids and need your own space because you can put the kids downstairs and I have some peace and quiet.

The house was awesome! Clean, cozy, fun, good location. The owners were so easy to communicate with. Easy check in and really easy check out. They were very accommodating. The game room area was exceptional. We were able to relax and really enjoy our time. Highly recommend staying here.
