Winter / Snow

Shovel and ice melt available on front porch.
Use ice melt on stairs and sidewalk when needed.
Snow removal service is scheduled after snowfall.

Main thermostat in hallway. Space heaters in each bedroom.

Washer & Dryer

Located in main floor hallway. Detergent on washer.

Coffee

Keurig, French Press, and Drip available. Supplies in upper cabinet left of cooktop.

Dishwasher

Tablets located under the sink.

Refrigerator

In-door and craft ice available (in freezer tray).

Entertainment

TVs

3 Smart TVs (Fire and/or Roku). Sound bar on main level TV, stereo on lower level. All with remotes.

Stereo

Input 1: TV | Phono: Turntable. Remote provided.

Pinball

Switch under front right corner. Press to start. Play to end or turn off when done. Contact us if stuck.

Additional Sleeping

Blue couch on main level converts to a bed. Linens in chaise storage. Two fold-out chairs convert to twins.

Bins are located in the alley behind the house.

Dial 911 in an emergency.
